Who can use the API?

We welcome direct clients of Metamarkets to sign up for the API.

What if I exceed the included queries?

Each of the API packages includes a certain number of queries per month. Any additional queries will incur an additional charge.

What if I exceed my limit by accident?

We provide several different ways to alert on, or prevent, accidental overage. Metamarkets admin users can configure this on their API admin page.

Can I use the API without a Metamarkets dashboard?

No. Interactive analytics is the most powerful way for people to check and understand their data when questions or concerns arise. To make sure that clients can get the best possible view of their data, we include dashboard access with all data sources.

What about processing and storage fees?

The API adds to our interactive analytics solution. Since no new data or storage is required, there are no additional fees. If you wish to add more processing or storage, our regular fees will apply.
