Michael is a serial entrepreneur who has built data platforms in life sciences, online retail, and digital media over the past decade. Michael began his career as a software engineer for Human Genome Project, and later founded CustomInk.com, an early pioneer in customized apparel. More recently, Michael conceived and led Dataspora, where he remains Chairman, helping deliver data science to telcos, insurance firms, and retail banks. Charlene brings over 15 years of leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to Metamarkets, she was Vice President of Business Planning at Oracle, ran sales operations at Siebel Systems and led product management at Doubletwist, a bioinformatics startup. Mike Repass has seven years of product management experience across Microsoft, Google, and most recently LinkedIn. While at Microsoft, Mike's work focused on the Common Language Runtime. At Google, Mike was the Product Manager for Google App Engine. After college, he lived in a van and rock climbed full-time, but the money ran out. Previously, he held management and executive positions at several start-ups including Interlace Systems, a business and operational planning solution acquired by Oracle.
