Dr. Deborah Rieman, Executive Chair

Dr. Deborah Rieman has served for over 30 years in the computer software, networking, and communications industries. Previously, she served as president and CEO of Check Point Software Technologies Incorporated, and held various executive and management positions at Adobe Systems, Sun Microsystems, Xerox Corp., and MITRE Corp. She began her career as Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Deborah also serves on the board of directors of Corning, Inc., and Neustar and has served on several other boards in the technology industry. She was named as one of Time Magazine’s “50 Cyber-Elite,” Working Woman magazine’s “Top Ten Women in Technology,” one of the “Top 25 Women on the Web” by SF WoW and was named an outstanding business leader and awarded a Junior Achievement Laureate by the Junior Achievement’s Business Hall of Fame. Most recently, Deborah was named to the 2016 NACD Directorship 100, recognizing her as a role model in promoting exemplary board leadership.

Mike Driscoll founded Metamarkets in 2010 after spending more than a decade developing data analytics solutions for online retail, life sciences, digital media, insurance, and banking. Prior to Metamarkets, Mike successfully founded and sold two companies: Dataspora, a life science analytics company, and CustomInk, an early pioneer in customized apparel. He began his career as a software engineer for the Human Genome Project. Mike holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard and a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Boston University.

Casey Steele brings to Metamarkets extensive industry experience leading sales teams and driving revenue to accelerate growth. In her previous role at STAQ, she spent three years driving the company’s success across the data aggregation landscape after joining as its first employee. Prior to STAQ, Casey lead business development efforts for Collective's Data and Media Management Platform, AMP. She also spent four years at the Rubicon Project, where she helped expand its East Coast presence and grow the business to have the largest audience reach online according to ComScore. Casey holds a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.

Jacob Mattingley, VP of Product

Jacob Mattingley leads product management at Metamarkets. He loves the Metamarkets product, having first used it when a product manager at MoPub. Jacob first performed product management as a formal discipline in 2011, when he founded Ubalo, a company that made large-scale computing simple. That company was acquired by Twitter in 2013, where Jacob worked for two years, including at MoPub, a Twitter acquisition. Jacob holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he created a software service that generates the world's fastest convex optimization solvers.

Devan Fearman, VP of Marketing

Devan Fearman brings nearly 10 years of B2B marketing experience to Metamarkets. Most recently, Devan ran marketing at SHIFT, a social advertising technology company. In that role, she built a global marketing program that helped lead to the company’s  acquisition by BrandNetworks in 2015. Prior to SHIFT, she was Director of Marketing at the Rubicon Project where she managed the global brand development, digital marketing programs, and communication strategy. During her time at Rubicon Project, the company grew from a pre-revenue start-up to having the largest online consumer reach in the US according to ComScore. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University.
