Dr. Deborah Rieman, Independent Board Member

Dr. Deborah Rieman has served for over 30 years in the computer software, networking, and communications industries. Previously, she served as president and CEO of Check Point Software Technologies Incorporated, and held various executive and management positions at Adobe Systems, Sun Microsystems, Xerox Corp., and MITRE Corp. She began her career as Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Deborah also serves on the board of directors of Corning, Inc., and Neustar and has served on several other boards in the technology industry. She was named as one of Time Magazine’s “50 Cyber-Elite,” Working Woman magazine’s “Top Ten Women in Technology,” one of the “Top 25 Women on the Web” by SF WoW and was named an outstanding business leader and awarded a Junior Achievement Laureate by the Junior Achievement’s Business Hall of Fame. Most recently, Deborah was named to the 2016 NACD Directorship 100, recognizing her as a role model in promoting exemplary board leadership.
