Continuing The Metamarkets Visibility Initiative: the Health and Processing Report

We’re excited to announce the next milestone in the Metamarkets Visibility Initiative with the release of the Health and Processing Report.  We launched this initiative last month with the System Health Status Page, a public web page through which clients can check Metamarkets’ system-wide status. With this new feature, the Health and Processing Report, you can now securely monitor the health of your specific company’s dashboard(s). Our goal is to uphold a high standard of reliability and transparency for our clients and we believe this new feature is a huge step forward.

The Health and Processing Report provides you with 24/7 access to the health, processing, ingestion, and data recency associated with your own company’s dashboard.

• Health: Identify and monitor any issues with the Druid data sources associated with your dashboard. A data source is where we keep different data for each section of your dashboard (i.e. Auctions). For questions on data sources, reach out to your internal administrator or your Metamarkets account manager.  
• Processing: Our customers often want to know the latency of the data in their Metamarkets dashboard, when performing tasks such as referencing data for campaign optimizations or pulling figures for billing.  Under the “Processing” tab, you can see exactly when your data was last updated. For real-time customers, you can also see a time series of ingested events, which can be useful for troubleshooting or benchmarking volumes.
